Exchanges & Refunds
ATP tickets can be exchanged, but not refunded. There is a $4 service fee per ticket and all exchanges must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the performance date.
Subscribers receive 1 free ticket exchange per show.
Children & Infants
Babes-in-arms are not permitted at ATP performances, with the exception of Relaxed Performances. The recommended age for children attending our shows varies by performance. Please see the specific show page for the performance you’re interested in and look for the Audience Advisory, which includes a minimum age recommendation. Children must have their own ticket to attend the show and be able to sit comfortably in their own seat for the duration of the performance, as a courtesy to other guests.
In the unlikely event of a show being cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, you will be alerted via phone and e-mail and offered the option to refund or exchange your tickets. Ensuring we have your up-to-date contact information on file should this situation arise will help us get in touch faster and minimize any inconvenience to you.
